EBIANUM AG (Fisibach)

In the EBIANUM excavator museum, young and old can experience a time travel through the history of Eberhard and construction machinery. Numerous historical machines and vehicles from over 100 years as well as matching anecdotes tell about past times and working methods.

The excavator museum is the ideal destination for the whole family in bad weather or burning hot sun. Children and adults can spend time in our museum.

The EBIANUM is located in Fisibach in the canton of Aargau between Weiach and Bad Zurzach right on the border to the Zurich Unterland. The EBIANUM can be reached from Zurich in 30 minutes, from Zurich airport in 20 minutes, from Bülach in 15 minutes, from Bad Zurzach in 10 minutes, from Baden in 20 minutes and from Aarau in 40 minutes.

Museum tour

By means of an audio guide (available in German, English and French) you will be guided through different eras.

The development of Eberhard Unternehmungen is strongly linked to the economic development of Switzerland, the Zurich region and Kloten Airport. This is vividly illustrated in the EBIANUM excavator museum. Learn how a simple farming operation grew into a company with over 500 employees.

In the first part of the exhibition, you will be guided through the museum with the audio guide and learn many stories and anecdotes. The museum is designed with great attention to detail and is equally suitable for women, men and children. At the end of the tour, you will learn more about the activities of Eberhard Unternehmungen today. In the adjacent exhibition hall you can also climb into a machine yourself. Children will find a huge playground in the exhibition hall.

During your visit, we will be happy to provide you with refreshments in our cafeteria "Baggerstube".

Model exhibition

The upper floor presents one of the world's largest model exhibitions with over 3,000 construction machinery, truck and crane models.

Experience hazardous waste landfill Kölliken

The Eberhard Unternehmungen were significantly involved in the remediation of the Kölliken hazardous waste landfill from 2007 to 2016. We show you the original docking station as well as construction machines in the EBIANUM dredging museum.
