We are based in Madagascar since 1994 and, with the Madagaskarhaus in Basel, we’re also right on your doorstep. We organise your trip to and around Madagascar. At the Madagaskarhaus, we advise you on your travel plans and organise your tour in Madagascar. Our travel consultation continues until all your questions have been answered. We have the time and we take the time to do so. Because that’s part of what we call quality. The Madagaskarhaus is the Swiss branch of the travel organisation PRIORI in Madagascar, which was founded in 1994 by the Swiss ethnologist and development aid worker Franz Stadelmann. So we’re here and there!

PRIORI is the parent company of the Madagaskarhaus in Basel. For once, then, a company from the ‘Third World’ has set up a ‘branch’ in Switzerland.

The travel organisation PRIORI has been active in Madagascar since 1994 and has also established Madagascar’s first and only pirate museum in Antananarivo.

We regularly hold travel consultations on Madagascar and Africa in: Zurich, Bern, Winterthur, Lucerne and St Gallen.
